The omega is tasked by the system to make the alpha fall in love with him. The alpha feels repulsed by the fact he's becoming attracted to the omega. But in the end he starts falling for him and he asked him out. Which part is confusing for you?
I get the system and the alpha part, im not talking about the outline, its just everything in-between confuses me. Like the build up between scenes and shit, than the scenes thereselves I get the context... but after the first chapters and me going along with actual plot of it all however wonky it was i started getting lost on how certain feelings and things where developed.

For now iirc the alpha started feeling 1) that the omega isn't sincere in his feelings twds him bcz he sees the omega talking to another alpha (2nd ML) and then he got jealous. That's the turning point. Then he got upset when the omega started to not pay attention to him. He was used to being fawned over. His love meter didn't move up until now. The omega hasn't developed feelings, as far as I am aware. I read this story before the translation took a hiatus so the prev memory needs double checking. The omega only comes to him when the system calls, so that's why the inconsistencies in his "expressions of love" and the rest of the time between missions, which confuses the ML. Lol - so then he starts developing more of a secure attachment style than any real love. Over time he finds the quirky omega cute. (Aka, Entertaining). After overcoming suspicions of the omega being sent by an enemy. And recently he sees the omega isn't enticing him via pheromones and somehow appreciates that and takes it to mean he's serious about him. Not seduction but being interested in him. Not trying to sway him w pheromones. At this point his appreciation for the omega went up. And so does his love meter. Also, the omega is super strong 'n can come up head-to-head with him. Things he finds admirable. Like the martial arts match. And recently the pheromones match. Lol
