what's that one manga where there's a couple of boys who are stooges but energetic. first mc is seen in the waves by glasses, and he can eliminate ghosts but can't see them.
the two meet two others, one who can see, has a scar, and another one who can hear.
the four of them learn that the first idiot needs to eliminate an exorbitant amount of ghosts
