Is this written by AI?

I mean let's leave aside the uncanny similarities of every single character and plot points to the Remarried Empress aside.
In what world would a woman need to be MARRIED to become a royal concubine? Logic has left the room.

Unless it's a translation error, though it didn't seem to be.

i don't think she needed to be married to become a royal concubine, rather, she needed to have a title in order to become one. it was mentioned before she was an old duke's mistress. he likely died and signed a marriage(?) form or atleast an inheritance form leaving his title to rose. hence, "no more obstacles for her to become a concubine" since she is now a noble

Which would make absolute sense, but unless I can't comprehend the translation, it suggests, or states even, that unless a woman has been married it would be "off" for her to become a concubine.
I had to re-read this, and the only thing I can think is that it's either a TL error, or I have no idea what author was thinking.
