the seme doesn't care about Jins feelings at all, and thinks "oh he is so nice and sweet, he will forgive me" and regards his feelings. he won't explain his plans to him, or share his motives before doing them and the Jin finds out from someone else.
It happened so many times and he blames everyone but himself because he thinks no one would reject him. And now Jin does and he can't handle it.
