They have different artists and Kiss me liar kinda sucks tbh
Also the stories are not as intertwined as you may think, you could read them in different orders and it wouldn't cause an issue

Imho the josh scenes in kiss me liar made it worth it to read for me, but that was bc this Mahnwa here was on an hiatus of unknown length
