Even in other countries it's pretty common. Depends on schools. I experienced it in high school too.
I also experienced it till high school since that's how it was in public schools in my nation. But once in Uni/college classes are designed to have one seat per person or this long desk for svral person in the amphitheater... so i find this one pretty cute
Yup, depends on schools. I think some colleges in my country still have those tables for two people but most also have these long round for several people. I also find this cute though.
