no i think the blonde guy is the Duke- maybe the og novel never really stated the duke's hair colour due to his mysterious masked image. I mean you can't identify a person when all written records of them are in a mask. But also it kinda makes sense that the Duke is blonde cuz he is directly related to the emperor (also blonde). Like they're family so they obviously look alike.

ARJEN DUKE IS THE BLONDE GUY he uses magic potion to change his hair color and eyes cause if not his original blonde appearance is the same with the emperor andthe emperor didn't like it cause his afraid that the throne will be transfer to the duke.. he's so obsessed with the throne..and cause of his insomia is the emperor also and many more traumas in childhood...

Who's real Arjen Theken? , First we were introduced black haired masked guy was that duke but now he is referring the blond guy as Arjen. I thought the blond ML was the emperor and not the guy who killed MC in novel.
