The bad boy doesn't know he is in love or not, and is pretty open with the fact he doesn't know. And open with the fact he at the very least wants him around him and even though he doesn't say the word like he pretty much says he is fond of him and not good with expressing himself. This is nice. I really think the main character should tell him about his 'powers' so he will realize that why he attracts so much attention no matter what. With glasses he gives off the "i'm weak, use me, beat me." signal. And with his glasses off he gives off the "love me love me beam!" both are beyond his control. This way The bad boy will realize he is not trying to get into trouble
