You have a point. But- it's not just one or two people who are saying he's bad.
If you're talking about me relying on other's opinion to decide what to read, that's just what i do when I'm not too into something to start reading immediately. I read comments to see if they're worth reading, or when i should start reading. Saves me time and emotions.
