I think so too because anime is just smut.
I personally was very into it because I couldn't wait for them to finally be happy together, but by now it's been dragged on too long in my opinion... I dropped it a few years ago and go back to check if it's finally done like once or twice a year just for the sake of it
It seems like it still going in the same circle with not lot of development. It seems like being dragged out/author lost passion for it but they get keep just because. I never cared for it.
Maybe it's because of the underlying pressure from the fans to make it continue? (it seems to be very popular) Or the author doesn't really know how to make it end so it goes on and on until they find a solution the readers will accept? Or they simply want to drag it on because it has become a sure way to earn money, idk
Oh yeah I forgot about the money. Because their no way this story needs to be this long. LOL. Because if I had to wait 11 years just for someone just tell me "I love you" I would have been gone. It seems like the top is just getting played/ wasting his time. When he could be with someone who to not afraid to tell him "I love you" I don't know it a huge waste of time to me.
