the uploader wasn't the one to upload ch 14, someone else did that
Well that was rude of them. Even more rude than just coming along and uploading a new ch when someone’s put a placeholder already, by screwing things up in doing so.
Another one where the uploader has put a placeholder and then forgotten about it, thus skipping out a whole chapter which wouldn’t have been skipped if not for said placeholder. If you have enough pride as an uploader to put in placeholders you should at least take the responsibility to upload over them as promised, otherwise don’t use them.
Placeholders are not just a way to claim ownership as an uploader but they also mean you are taking certain responsibilities as uploader for the next chapter.
