The way to differentiate them is the amount of earring they have. One twin always wears the two earring at the top of his ear (so he wears a total of four earrings). The other only wears two single earrings.
The reason why you should pay attention to the amount of earring and not the color, is because they switch colored earrings. BOTH of them wear black and silver at some point
