I think Dyne does has feeling for Kouichi. Its also looking like romantically. Its either Dyne is in deniel or Dyne doesnt know how to express feelings. So Dyne might be not liking Kouichi romantically but hes confused with these new feelings he got. Thats why he got very mad when the elf said he had a crush to Kouichi
