Sure so I'll give a spoiler why it's not one sided, so from what we have read so far, in the real world mc has a hyung that he falls in love with and the hyung actually likes him back but due to accident both of them was crushed by a building and mc was in a state of coma in real world but bcs his body was crushed that's why we see sometimes he's bleeding like in ear or nose. Unluckily the hyung died though, but the ml now and the hyung mc like is actually the same person but ml doesn't realise that yet. We got our 1st clue where ml said 'I'm pretty sure you have a sister instead of brother' or something along the line. Ml will remember though but it's still far from the current chapter. I forgot to mention that's why ml instantly like mc bcs he is that hyung
I can’t tell if the author is foreshadowing signs that the MC is rather clingy toward the ML to a peculiar, almost unhealthy degree, OR if i’m reading too much into it
