Basically he’s a “real estate” agents and for him to get the job done… “in this case he needs to get the owner gym to give up his rights to the gym for the manufactures to start building a new foundation”
Idk if I’m explaining it right, but the whole entire premise is he needs the gym owner (our son who lets getting his butt beat) to give consent for land to be taken for renovation.
