Touma was more than patient. I do think it was because for Tetsu, being in a love relationship there was always a break up and he couldn't take the pain of losing Touma. Finally it sunk in that he could indeed lose Touma and that is what triggered him to go ahead with a relationship other than brothers. He was trying to contain his love for him so he wouldn't ever lose him, but by doing that he almost did lose him. Touma is a saint in my eyes for waiting so long.
The mom was portrayed as a better person than Tetsu was, at least for me. You don't dismiss a person's feelings just like that and then, knowing them, you go to that same person to cry over your Lovers. That's just selfish and low. The seme was fantastic tho~ he didn't pushed his feelings on the uke, but I would've moved out way earlier. What the hell. Eight years beating around the bush when he fucking knew that his mother wouldn't reject them. Argh. Too much drama for too little smex. I feel frustrated. The art is beautiful though
