The photos don't have his face for anonymity.. and the phone is a spare old one, he deleted all other data. It has nothing that could lead to him. So if he asks for it back its confirming that the account and photos on the phone are his.
The starting is kinda absurd... Why is he not asking sengyo or whatever for his phone?? Does he not know he has access to all the pervy photos since he has his phone? （￣へ￣）
