No one bro. I was just giving a twist to this manhwa. I love twist & turn in a story. So, I am just making it.

Then one day, blond Guy finally wakes, and gyeol by his side, gyeol still delusional thinks its MC soooooo he keep treating blond Guy well, without ever mentioning the word "hyung" and only calling him by his name "dooyoon" which confuses him.
Then blond Guy Falls in love with him, however, discovers gyeol thinks he's MC and proceeds to dig more into depression.
But after a long time gyeol notices somethings are different with MC, and slowely but surely begins to understand the real situation.
After some proper healings and family issues, both falls in love and live happily ever after :D

Just imagine this all was Gyeol's imagination. In real life, MC is dead and the blonde guy is in life support. And Gyeol upon hearing that the blonde guy tried to take his own life and have the same name, he start visiting him in hospital and imagining MC's soul living in his body. And all the incident happen, it is just different than Gyeol's perspective and even though everyone knew he became kinda weird talking to someone and all, they just rule out it as "He lost someone dear to him, so his brain is not working properly".
