Yes redhead Lavi says that in the beginning, he doesn't have a name and I believe this name "lavi" means something but I don't remember what. It's just the name give to the successor of bookman, before they become Bookman.
Redhead Lavi is supposedly held captive by the noah to pressure Bookman, but it has been a long time since we last saw him so there's no confirmation of where/how he is. (Also since bookman lost the last bookman jr (silver hair Lavi) he really doesn't what this redhead Lavi to die cuz he needs a successor)
Regarding current Allen, according to the last chapters he was human and agreed to be Nea's host, apocryphos almost killed him (his bday was being desintegrated) so Lavi (silver hair) jumped in to help and was like "if god is good then he knows hope/love/etc is rewarded and will make us survive this". I don't think he was a host of innocence before, but then after merging both souls of previous Lavi and Allen he kinda got reborn and maybe the innocence is god rewarding them ? I'm not sure honestly, maybe it was just apocryphos' doing, maybe Lavi was a innocence user..
And Helix, I don't remember rn I'll come back explain if my brain locks in the lore of DGM lol. Right now I'm reading it as kinda flow of power/ destiny idk

Innocence is not God. The OG Lavi believed in the power of the Helix (DNA structure) and that their wills could out beat Innocence.
The Noahs are hinted to be from a world before Innocence (Modern likes ours). Innocence basically invaded their world and brought it to ruins. That is why they hate it so much.
The current humans and world is descended from the Noahs. That is why when a Noah dies, they reawaken in another Human being.
In recent chapters, Innocence is described akin to a parasite that feeds off it's user and their misery. That is why we see innocence is latched onto only some of the most miserable characters or those with sad backstories.
It is more likely that our Allen became an innocence User because of the merge between Og Lavi, Allen, and the heart.

So interesting. Like ik innocence is bad, but these humans seem to feel like its good cuz it protects from the millenium earl's akuma, but the earl is doing this because hes trying to get revenge on the innocence by destroying the heart, right? So then is this like "the hero tries so hard to accomplish his mission of saving the world that he loses sight of himself and why he wants to save the world in the first place?" That'd be so epic I love this kinda sad shit

Yes, somewhere along the way, everything became convoluted.
The Noahs themselves don't have every memory of every incarnation they have lived. Their human bodies cannot hold all of the memories and I believe 40 years ago or something like, Nea's betrayal also broke some of their memories. Only Road who was alive at the time remembers (despite her childish form, she is one of the current longest living Noahs) but she hasn't revealed everything she knows yet.
The Millenium Earl himself is not stable and cannot be relied upon.
Ok wait, so are all the bookman jrs just named Lavi? Because that's a really annoying system and it's got me hella confused. So does this mean young allen (current body) was birthed by innocence, but then when he was on the verge of death actual silver haired adult allen (who i guess was named lavi?) found and saved him, and they became one which is how Nea's host ended up also being an innocence user? Also someone remind me is og lavi w/ red hair dead? Where is he?
Also I cannot remember what the heck helix energy is.
Someone please help me
