Thats not how trauma works
i mean, trauma works in different ways. perhaps for him it's just easier to be aggressive abt it. kind of like the abused becomes the abuser. but then again im no expert in the matter.
I feel like, if anything his trauma should've turned him into a more empathetic person. but if you think abt it, he never experienced love in a sense so perhaps that's why he treats everyone like trash (which im not trying to excuse him from abusing dan)
