Jo lacks personality and Ian finds him boring and bland therefore he will always resort back to Tj because Tj is everything Jo wish’s he was. Which is why Jo had that nightmare a few chapters back of Tj fucking Ian, because deep down Jo knows Ian will never yearn for him like he yearns for Tj. It’s kinda fucked up but it’s realistic
