It's better to do it yourself than being contact by them [if they never respond back you or anything] unless you contact them and they won't respond to you. If you plan to so it yourself, good luck! Being a one-man scanlation is fun and good experience. I've done it myself before. If you ever need help, I can help too like finding the raw, typesetting, etc.

If they don't have name by the chapter, I'm sure they are anonymous or bots [iono]. I have uploaded a few chapters on here a few time and those chapters I've posted were being uploaded to multiple sites like Bato.
I only use this site but as far as I know, I've checked other sites and found out my chapters I've done myself were uploaded without me knowing about it. So I'm assuming they're probably doing the same thing here, taken from other sites to here. (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
