Well… not dumb, but maybe just naïve.

I don’t know if you’re understanding what you read or you’re the dumb one, but the FL was imprisoned since she was a child.

She doesn’t even know how to read or write. She wasn’t exposed to anyone else while growing up, so it’s honestly impressive that she even has decent interpersonal skills.
