Some ppl js rate low to put it in their bookshelf quickly, I do it as well . If you press reading it stays on 0 stars,theres no point in actually rating sumn w only 1 chapter so I js press submit.

Rating is shown as optional, so I think think leaving it empty shouldn't lower the overall rating, as you say
