Those certain ppl on tiktok, are pointing out the obvious, thinking they’re making some sort of revelation, as if that wasn’t clear from the very start lmfao. I don’t get the point of their comments trying to convince ppl like this wasn’t a red flag ML story since chapter one. They keep trying to push the green flag ideals onto a story that has none of it.
Anyways this trope has never been new. It’s the classic yandere, red flag, mafia guy ML story. I honestly see these complaints come from ppl who aren’t used to the tropes and only read sunshine and rainbow school or office stories. It’s always so odd when the wrong audience choose to pick up something they clearly won’t like. And I noticed that most of the ppl hating on this story are all fluff shoujo readers or mainstream manhwa readers who like to compare this smut story to all their non-smut manhwa’s.

I don't know what is it with manhwa readers reading shit the don't like. They act like the option of dropping the series isn't an option. Not all series are meant for them. Like they could just stick to fluff but they knowingly read stuff with questionable characters and try to force their green flag narrative. Like this is fiction, taeha will never be their man anyway they should stop. I don't know why they project themselves so bad that they want a story to change to accommodate their parasocial delusions.
And truly I'm starting to detest green flag evangelists cz they act like applying nuance is impossible. It's giving lack of comprehension skills.

don’t take tiktok comment sections too seriously they’re all so stupid and have some weird one sided beef with every single male lead in every manga/manhwa. I see many of them say mincheol is better than taeha like ??? Just because of his behaviour in the past that lasted a short while before he got HER into debt. They baby the man that was not chosen by the female lead wayyy to much on there it’s so embarrassing to see. I also don’t get why they’re so mad that there’s sex scenes here when it’s literally S M U T hello?? And why do they expect taeha to be a “green flag” when we’ve seen snippets of how he was brought up lol no way a guy brought up like that would end up like an angel
I saw a comment on tiktok saying how manipulative taeha is and how he's taking advantage of Na haesoo and this is the one time I'm gonna say at least it's for a good cause. Na haesoo was never going let minshit go. And not even out of love but just staying with the shithead out of familiarity. I'm glad she fell for taeha. I want women to really just let themselves be swept away sometimes and be loved by someone that actually shows they want them. His tricks have never been dismissive of her heartache and her struggles. He doesn't look down on her for loving a piece of shit and being played, he just wants her to be his and he wants to do what every man should do for a woman the love, protect and serve. And Na haesoo appreciates him too. She's still guarded but she always shows how much she values his presence in her life and how he's made her change her mind on a lot of things. She buys him gifts too. We rarely see female characters do that so it's a breath of fresh air you know. It's not some one sided bs. Mutual yearning is so hot. Taeha lets haesoo be selfish and choose herself. He doesn't feel intimidated by that and in fact encourages it.
See I just feel like I was describing Nic from love island with olandria. Both these ships just scratch and itch that always needed scratching. Always gonna be rooting for them.
