It's not the church or religion itself, it's the people that wield it with ill intentions that are ridiculous. Spanning back to when religion was first spread around the world, and mind you the English got it last. The Ethiopian Eunich were some of the main ones to travel and preach, and none of what you're witnessing today was mixed in. Like it bothers me when people immediately say 'religious people are this or that' when folks don't even research where the problem stems from. Different regions of the world had different interpretations of what religion is. Take Africa for instance. Christianity was already there before anyone showed up. Why? Because the Ethiopian Eunoch brought it there way before. And again Im saying please research. People follow the crowd based on what they see publically but have no idea what's been written off and hidden. And so much has been hidden and changed to make the world hate religion. It's literally one of many plans currently happening now within our government, among other things.
This isn't an argument or a rant I just want to explain and tell you what I personally know and have learned over the years.
Frankly, I do agree that the church in this story are throwing things out of proportion. But they're racking up so much karma for what they're doing. The fall out is going to be horrendous for them
