Your answer is somewhat occurs but it isn’t because he’s deprived or in need of love. After going to counseling he and Ido encounter one another. It’s more like he realizes a life with Ido is special in its own right. After counseling and visiting a psychiatrist he became to understand his constant desire for family and love. a lot of u guys are saying how is Sejin gonna forgive the top but u guys Sejin is still is the Sejin who is a sucker for Love and Affection and is a people pleaser even tho the top had showered and pampered him on the 2nd life and Sejin will still be alone in life without the top and thats probably gonna be his driving point why hes gonna forgive him, its because his character is just built like that
