im new to this but im confused about something, do they all have the same parents? like are they siblings its really confusing.

I mean, the twins are obviously brothers. But the mc isn't blood related. He was just basically taken by their parents, but never adopted and didn't even live with them, he had his own house and all. The parents just adore him.
