that might be true to a certain extent but whoever said that to you worded it out in such an insensitive and misleading way it's not like straight couples don't have their troubles and face painful moments during their relationship either after all we're talking abt human emotions in general if you get the bigger picture within circumstances so be it we're not gonna strictly define understanding emotions by identifying or relating to the issue you can still make sense of feelings and situations regardless of your sexuality
Idk since I rlly don't meant any disrespect please, as a straight person we know how stigmatized being gay is and hearing someone you love deny your relationship is hurtful so I think being denied more is hurtful on a gay relationship. That's why from the chapter of their friends when MC kept pushing the ML and telling them that the ML's crush is a girl I already got the ick but someone replied to understand them especially as a straight person I wouldn't understand them. But I think this is too much.
