Yes, my memory is a bit foggy on the spoiler- but if you want to read the spoiler I read… it went something like this:





Ariadne gave cesare a chance to redeem himself, they get into an argument, cesare gets drunk and sleeps with Isabella as a “revenge” thing against her after said argument. Ariadne finds out and leaves him (I forgot) He’s a POS through and through. Still glad he saved her from the king icl… but iirc Isabella ends up pregnant and cesare refuses her or something like that- I don’t remember all the details.

I read these spoilers a few months ago (around the time Alfonso was sent to another kingdom) someone said it in the comment section and everything they’ve said has added up so far. (Everything up to the point that the king tried marrying Ariadne which is where we are now.)
