It has not been completely revealed yet on the story. He is antagonist and cold to both brothers and it seems he is also hiding his powers as MC discovered last season.

You would call watching one of your brothers dying "neutral"? Dude seems unfazed by anything that has happened so far, of course you may very well be right but IMHO he has ulterior motives yet to be exposed.
