I mean, the crimes n murders didnt matter to her because she knew itd loop anyway, so death didnt really have a meaning. People were just characters to her. She has a conscience for him now because hes not in the loop anymore. Aaaaand he has lived decades in loops for her. He's the realest thing she knows after 100+ years. Her reaction is pretty normal and all of this is honestly really well written. Itd be shallow af if she was just like yay yippee i love you and thats all that matters nothing else has weight yayyy. Ofc she wants to stay alive, but she wants to have a part in it and to help him out, like a normal couple would. he's not her dad lol. anyway take this as u like i just felt like sharing, have a great life byeee <3333

He's still in the loop and always will be idk where you got that he isn't. The only difference is that he remembered all his past lives and now he knows. I still stand by my opinion that she over complicates the situations and if she starts keeping secrets from him while he also keeps some from her as well there will be misunderstandings all over again. He probably keeps the secrets from her so she can't interfere and be in trouble or end up dead, but at least he tells her that it's everything for her whereas she keeps how is she feeling inside and is literally torturing herself and probably will actually end up dead again lol or in trouble or deeply depressed. I think him not being in the loop means him not having his memories restarted. So he's not in the loop anymore. And I also agree with the guilt she feels for him, he is changing who he is and what he is willing to do (killing his brother and the prince) for her.

The loop means that they are destined to meet each other, one way or another, so that means he was always in the loop (in the beginning she thought this was a book, with her being the FL and him the ML). The memories just started coming back in this life and because of them, he changed a few things so she won't die. I say it's a pretty good reason for a change because every sane human being would start behaving differently just like she started being different in her 100th life (with all the killings). Also she killed a lot of people before and she didn't have any guilt then. I still stand by my opinion that she's overthinking and over complicating the situations now.

Like, if you have to explain everything to someone in each loop, then they are fully in the loop. In this way, the MCs are not in the loop anymore. What one does, the other will remember in the next life.

Karen didn't feel any guilt for killing people back then, because she knew they would come back to life in the next loop, so it didn't matter. And if that had broken the loop, she could have finally died for real so ╮(￣▽￣)╭

But now it's different, because the ML also goes back to the past. And his mind is forever twisting for her, he will remember what he has done. Like killing his own brother. That is what scares her. So she feels guilty not for the horrors she commit, but for those he does for her sake. She probably feels like she is running him, that it's her fault he ended up like that.

Ohh now i get what you were trying to say. It has some logic, yeah but idk. I think even tho if they decide not to meet in the next life, probably sth will happen and they'll meet again later on. That's why i was saying that they'll always be in a loop. But that's just me thinking.

And about the guilt trip.. it doesn't make any sense to me, honestly. I think that part was only written as an extension to the plot, just so that there could be a drama. Realistically if they don't break the curse, either way they will continue to come back to life so why overthink it? The only solution is to try sth different, so that Karen can stay alive past 30 years old (example). That's why i made my comment the way i made it. Because it's simple.. so why hide, investigate and overthink everything? They can literally just lazy around, let him do all the hard work and keep her safe, try to grow old together and then see what happens next. Everything else is just drama to me.

Well, I totally agree about trying to stay alive! I mean, they are trying to do something but it is way too dangerous. I think they should have retired somewhere quiet, gone abroad or something; instead of killing, kidnapping and angering their enemies...

Probably, but there must be a reason why Karen is also destined to die so young everytime so he just wants to delete the reasons behind it. I honestly approve of it lol, i just don't approve of Karen's behaviour right now.
