Oh there definitely are top bottom dynamics between women as well. Especially in manga it's pretty common that one woman is pretty much always the one giving and the other is on the receiving end. They might switch it up once or twice but usually the top and bottom dynamic is pretty much the same as in BL.

IRL? Majority are switch. But they do exist. There are pillow princess and stone tops as well but normally its due to trauma.
