Ive done some research before it might not be acute anyway omega×omega can have a child though its incredibly rare though it has happened in a another series Bloodlink.
And from the other research ive do an alpha woman and an alpha man can have a child though it can be incredibly risky for them to do so and it also depends on the author

That depends on the rules of each author's universe.
For this universe:

Male omegas can't impregnate anyone, is mentioned in several stories.
(They release an infertile liquid or something. I mean Josh and Dane slept with so many, while being exclusively tops, and I doubt that anyone thought that they were omegas. At least Dane, who probably topped half Califonia ( everything was smaller than him and caught his eyes, alphas were among them too), was several times accused of impregnating someone while he even always used condoms.)

Alpha woman x alpha woman: I can't remember reading it.

As for other universes it really depends on the rules.
I read stories where alpha women could get pregnant, but when it was males it was alway a mutation/after a mutation.
And also stories were omegas could have children with the other parties who could get pregnant.
So it really depends on the rules that were set.

That's what I meant from how they look, their body is build ( Dane is 196 cm tall) and them only topping before, no one would thought that Josh and Dane would be omegas. So if an omega tops in this universe, the only difference is that whatever they ejaculate is infertile, they can't get anyone pregnant.

As I said, he is an dominant omega, so he can't get anyone pregnant.
And he only does casual sex -no dating, no relationships. But you remember that guy from KML? Even at lot of readers were drooling over him, if I go by the comments back then, so women most likely tried to catch him by claiming that they are pregnant by him.
