Maybe ! But also maybe that big brother is just concerned and a little worried, and ?? Who knows maybe he would welcome with an open heart the idea of his deaf brother starting a new life on his own, but with a flatmate ??! I am wondering what the brother is thinking. Maybe it's a bit of both and we will see character growth from both sides, from both brothers ?
I think he doesn't trust people or the roommate thing, which is understandable.
Oh ! That's another possibility !!! Hadn't thought about that cause i already had an idea of who the flatmate could be :-) ! That wouldn't be just any roommate of course ;-) _ (but of course if that's as you said, the brother will need'a lot of elements to be able to trust.)
