I mean it’s been a long time since I’ve read season 1 but I’m pretty sure the whole point of their relationship in the beginning was that they were always together. They’re twin brothers who always stuck together and they finally separated. They know they can’t be a pair forever and need to find their own paths. It’s not that he started treating Taeui like garbage. I feel like it’s definitely a lot deeper but I’m not sure I’m the best person to explain it.
I know Tae’s brother was written as this mysterious, slipping thru your fingers, complex character.
BUT I’m sorry, I literally can’t stand him. Even as someone struggling with maintaining regular communication and long term relationships, he left NO means to connect him, disappeared for what, a year? with no way for ANYONE to know if he is alive or dead. If someone close to me did this, they could fuck off, because clearly they don’t need me in their life. He doesn’t want you there, have some self respect and don’t go chasing after being cut off like garbage.
Also, unpopular opinion *whispers*: his boyfriend is kinda ugly too ┑(￣Д ￣)┍ Maybe it’s the beard? Not a fan of those, imho
