Well, I've seen quite a few kids like that. At least my baby cousin acts that way, she's either watching videos or reading picture books with a blank face, or staring into your soul with dead eyes.

I guess she's just built like that. She's four, I haven't seen her play with other kids her age and she doesn't talk much. Though, I only see her during holidays. I don't know if she acts normal usually and only turns reserved like that when at our grandparents' place.
