The Alejandro out of prison surprised me LMFAO but the guard did goto the hospital a few chapters back I remember seeing the doctor and them saying possibility of twins. But he went alone (well duh). But about Alejandro it said something about his sentence almost being up which I remember , just didn’t know it would be that fast lolol
