I don't think that the ML is selfish, he just doesn't think, in his mind MC is an expert in gay sex. So I really think that MC should speak his mind to protect himself. If ML ignores MC needs than I agree, he is a piece of shit
Don't take this the wrong way but if you really think the ML isn't selfish you should read the chapters again, he complains about MC whining and even acts frustrated about it, that and all the remarks he has to himself all the time when referring to his sexual life.
