Nah, I too am ace and still feel iffy about this romance too. Not because I didn't know she was going to end up being the FL, since, as most other comments have pointed out, it was kinda obvious ever since the theatre and hospital scenes. But. It still doesn't really sit well with me considering how rushed this confessions looks like (not to mention the fact that he kinda is way older than her... at least, mentally) and how, before this last chapters, his sole focus has always been about getting better at work.

Lmaoo like I think about my friends and worry when they go far away too i dont fckn have romantic feelings for them lmaoo. And wasn’t that some random woman too not even like his mom or that woman from his agency or something? I think I expected some grander realization because usually when he’s stumped on something, someone he knows well would have a sit down talk with him or something. And yeah, the mental age thing too like ik he said offhandedly once when his heart went thump the first time for her when he was younger that “is my mind also back to when i was a kid too or something” but like…yh if the romance did happen i wished it happened like after the ten(?) years or maybe inbetween? Shit maybe even if he realized his feelings and she was already gone and he went “i will let her focus on her work and get over me” and then they still get together again? Idk…im not a romance expert this author did this romance wrong somehow which is crazy cuz everything else is always fire. I think its also because even when he was like “im jealous. I wonder if i will ever find love” he never was like-like you said, like it didn’t matter that much. Since he was focused on work. He just said it offhandedly like once. But yeah…whatever ig. I think I just expected too much. Ah well. And it will be even wilder if after this press conference thing he just focuses on work again and doesn’t mention her again until she pops up like has been happening this whole time lmaoo
I don't claim to be a romance expert (though I could be, given the amount of romance books and mangas I've read already), but I 100% agree with the shared sentiment that this pairing ought to have sailed AFTER the FL came back from USA. Once, you know, she had the chance to grow into a great actress or at least reach a level in the industry that didn't left her in a position where MC's incredible skills and reputations would shadow her own. But I agree, that this will probably fizzle into nothing because FL is only used as a plot-driven support. She just comes out whenever the MC needs to get out of a professional dump or needs to shine and then, she peaces out of the scene again. ^^;

I figured it would be her especially after that hospital scene. And she kept popping up too so. But i thought it would take longer than idk-1 chap for him to realize any type of feelings for her. And i also thought they would get together like….idk maybe…i mean he is saying they will go public when she gets back. And i mean the art is beautiful as always. Just felt like something was missing ig? Like yh he’d think about her sometimes when filming but never like-for instance any drama he was doing on his own where she wasn’t involved I dont rmb him going ‘Hmm, i wonder how yeonsuu is doing right now’ lmao like usually it was just him glazing other people he wanted to work with or met in the past. And ig that might be cuz he still saw her as a sister-Yh they needed to marinate it more frl ig…but well, he never experienced this before and love makes people impulsive apparently. They had a bond so…well ig we will see what happens next. Like im rereading this currently and i havent seen him think of her outside of when they work together so-yh iunno but. I mean im happy he found love in this life ig. I know his mom would like it. But its like he also could have been single for the rest of his life and i wouldn’t have felt any way about it. Maybe because I’m aro-ace idk lmaoo.
