Unlikely. This is a spin-off to another manga and a sequel to a one-shot. In the one-shot they used to throw hands to see who toped, but its kinda implied sexy yakuza lost a lot on purpose and eventually they gave up the game entirely.
I wonder if they're gonna switch just because they mentioned topping and such like it was important so early
