yes the MC falls in love with the new ML, the other guy on the cover is the original body of the new ML his actual name is Shin Wonjae. as of the current chapters no it's not a love triangle.
also to put it in the simplest terms,
Jihoon(blonde haired ML) body currently has the soul of Wonjae
Wonjae(brown haired ML) body currently has the soul of Jihoon
The MC already knows that both MLs share each others body.
