I beg to differ, there are many villainess mc that i don't like. Especially those who didn't find themselves in a novel one day but the ones who did bad things, died as a result and got second chances.
Besides, doing something like that to her own daughter? Unforgivable. Not.a.chance. you don't have any idea how sad, broken, and miserable the past lyrica was. While reading the novel, i was starting to yk, just let the past be in the past since the victim herself doesn't remember things. But she was there. Past lyrica was lying dormant in the present lyrica's subconscious and meeting her completely broke me. That poor child didn't deserve what happened to her. All because her mother that she loved until her dying breath was utterly selfish and never cared about her.
I don’t even like lydia that much but the hypocrisy of these readers are insane. Leaving aside the obvious bias toward manhwa neglectful dads, i’m sure if lydia is the mc all of you would support her. She’s quite literally the typical villainess mc who regressed or transmigrated and changed her behavior so she wouldn’t get killed. People whack lydia because they saw how horrible her behavior through others or in this instance, her victim’s eyes. Yall would hate a lot of villainess mc if the story is written in other pov.
