You're right on that, the power dynamics are uneven and therefore unfair. I'm not defending Luso at all, he manipulated this from the start. I'm only saying that because of his past it doesn't effect Shagar as badly as it by all means should. However we did see that he stood up to Fio and said no. He has a backbone, and a sense of self, and I love that enough to keep reading for him and Fio and not let the beginning ruin it for me. That's basically the gist of it
Idk what everyone is freaking out over, looks to me like Luso and Shagar pretty much had a contractual CNCish relationship. He was never mentally or emotionally harmed, just annoyed at best and scolding him for being rough. Toxic and Luso can fuck off, but this comic is actually really good and I love Shagar and Fio!!
