Finding a bl!

Help me find this bl, I've read this before I forgot if it was complete or on going cause it's not in my readlist. The uke was planning to d*e at night in a bridge but then the seme's younger brother crashed his car on the sides of the bridge because he saw the uke in the road (he was in all black btw) and then the seme's brother got angry saying the seme will get angry at him because he crashed his car and he asked the uke to tell his brother (the seme) that it was his fault and not the brothers. (The seme had a scar on the cheek) (the uke has no family)
