The story is about a shota in love, it would kinda defeat that purpose if he grew up quickly
I don't care if tsubaki likes him or not that's a CHILD he doesn't know better. But I draw the line at Yuu reciprocating those said feelings, yes He's not an adult but he's way older than him.
If it stayed platonic from Yuu's side I wouldn't complain.
