then don’t read it? why is it unnecessary when it’s well done and ties completely reasonably to the story? if you don’t want real concepts in fantasy, then don’t read this. from the first chapters, this was already a fantasy story driving off of the concept of the kannagis (children) being exploited and sent to their deaths, which idk if you know actually happens all the time irl?
