I meant that they should fall in love, but with other people. That would make more sense.
My guess is that because they both have no destinies now, it's easier to make a bond between the two rather than fall in love with other people who already have their destinies set out for them. I guess it's not easy (or angel thought it was more practical this way) to change someone's destiny.
It's actually quite a bargain, don't die, just fall in love with a certain person.
