I kind of wonder if Chanichani (or whatever is his name) really thinks so, or simply repeats it to himself because 'he's a man, and Chanichani hates men' etc..
Like, he comes to his obviously clean room and says 'it's dirty, because it's a man's room'. He might have some problems with men due to something that once happend, or idk. Maybe he's just created by an author like this for funsies, since this manhwa is mostly crack.
