I’m honestly waiting for ines to share her guilt to carcel or just properly confess to him. I just feel like we always see carcel feeling guilt for things that are way out of his control as if everything’s his fault. So I’m hoping when ines confesses her shortcomings and guilt she feels towards him it’ll even out the slight unbalance in their relationship so they feel more equal.

It’s clear carcel believes the feelings ines has towards carcel aren’t at the same intensity as carcel’s. So I feel like if Ines is somehow able to communicate that she feels the same level of love carcel does it’ll progress their relationship to a better stage.

The issue with Ines is she keeps everything in her head. Also, the manhwa doesn’t convey well the fact that Ines is not a romantic person. Part of this is because of how she was raised (or family environment) and partly because of her personality which is like her parents. So it’s kind of funny later when she gets upset with Carcel for always having low expectations regarding her feelings for him or debating with him over who loves the other more.

However, Ines’s love for Carcel can already be seen in her reactions to him and the things she would do for him especially when we compare her past self in the early days of their marriage to her present self. She still has a lot to learn about love, showing love and voicing her love. For example, Ines would never willing use ‘Sun of my Life’ first. She thinks it’s embarrassing. It’s Carcel he uses it first and watch how she’ll begin to use these endearments because she learns this way of expressing her love from Carcel. Later, she even learns words of wisdom about love from Carcel’s mom. So, these are all new experiences for her despite the fact she’s lived three times already. Many new experiences lie ahead for her so look forward to it.

So, I do understand the imbalance you mentioned. Think of it as Ines learning love and how to express love from Carcel. Once Carcel sets an example of love, Ines ends up following it eventually. It’s rather cute to see how she’ll begin gradually begins to change to become a better lover.

Oh, I forgot about the guilt part, maybe in about 3 - 6 episodes, you will get your wish. Finally we can see some development on this topic on Ines’s side. I don’t think the manhwa can change it because it’s a pivotal moment.

Oh, and the guilt is addressed like the pattern in my first comment. Ines learns so much from Carcel’s example, generosity and overwhelming kindness towards her.

Thanks for all the details I feel like it helps me understand Ines better since the manhwa simplifies characters sometimes. After re-reading the newest chapters, it’s great seeing them interact for the first time after Ines got those memories cause I feel like you can already see how much more expressive she is with Carcel compared to before which shows her development I think.
